As March begins, another SXSW is upon us. The streets flood with visitors: bands, techies, filmmakers, and all-around nerds from every walk of life as far as the eye can see. This year, I’ll be attacking it with full force. Expect tons of photos, blogs, advice, and even a podcast from yours truly.
Let’s backtrack a bit and let you know what all this is about. My moniker is Rhys Finch and I’m in my second year of studies at St. Edward’s University pursuing an MBA in Digital Media Management. With the best intentions, our program offers us Platinum Badges to SXSW and our professors encourage us to immerse ourselves in the madness that consumes Austin. Taking advantage of my studies and experience, I’ll be visiting every corner of the festival that I can, networking and learning along the way.
